Collection contains different periods starting with colonial cancellations used after 1821, then the pre-philatelic postmarks after foundation of the republic, official mail, military mail, unpaid and prepaid mail, the Cordilleras Delivery Service, the Diligences Mail Delivery Services, domestic and foreign mail, incoming mail, postal routings, includes good section of early frankings with Coat of Arms, Liberty Head, Indian Head, numeral and fancy cancellations, fiscals used for postage, officials, postage dues, stationery etc.
