Technical specifications

Requirements for scans of album sheets and how to deliver the files.

If you want to send us your exhibit for display, here is the necessary technical information. If you trust us, we will gladly scan your exhibit for you, free of charge and in good quality, within a day or two.

If for any reason you do not want to use our free service, please have the material scanned by someone "computer-literate" near you according to the specification below.

Complete album sheets scanned

  1. in 16.7 million colours (24-bit);
  2. at a resolution of 300 dpi;
  3. at a minimum image width of 1280 pixels or more – please do not reduce the images yourself, we will gladly adjust the final size ourselves;
  4. we strongly recommend taking the album sheet out of its protective sleeve. Otherwise the exhibit is exposed to reflections from the protective foil and the quality of the reproductions visibly deteriorates.

File format and delivery

Number the files in the final order of the sheets and save them as JPG, TIF, PNG, GIF or BMP. Please do not use PDF or Word documents.

You can deliver the files:

  • electronically – write to janik@exponet.info and we will agree on the transfer (cloud storage, FTP or a download link from your address);
  • on a medium (CD, DVD, USB) in person or by post to:
