How to exhibit
Exhibiting on EXPONET is free and without size limits. The procedure in four steps.
Exhibiting on EXPONET is free of charge, the exhibit need not comply with the rules of competitive exhibitions, and neither the number of sheets nor the number of exhibits of one exhibitor is limited. You can also exhibit anonymously. The only thing we ask is that the exhibit be interesting for other visitors in some way.
How to proceed
- Contact us. Write to janik@exponet.info or contact any member of the organising committee. State the title of the exhibit, its size (number of frames and sheets) and a brief characterisation, possibly also the awards it has received.
- Prepare the scans of the sheets according to the technical specifications, or entrust the exhibit to us – we will gladly scan it ourselves, free of charge and in good quality, within a day or two.
- Deliver the files electronically or on a medium; we will agree on the method by e-mail.
- We classify the exhibit by territory, subject, time period and EXPONET exhibition class and publish it. We will let you know when it is online.
What to supply with the scans
- the title of the exhibit (also in English or German, if possible),
- the exhibitor's name, city and country (or the wish to remain anonymous),
- a short description of the exhibit for the introduction of the page,
- the division of the sheets into exhibition frames,
- optionally: awards from exhibitions, a link to your website.
An exhibit can be updated with a newer version at any time – just send us the new scans. Answers to further questions can be found in the FAQ.
