Collection including very scarce frankings, 1921, Religious Tribunals pair 5 Pia. ultramarine handstamped 1337, on registered cover from DIARBEKIR 2-29/11/21 ds. together with 50 Pia. revenue used as postal stamp, transit and censor marks Ankara to Istanbul with arrival mark. The 5 Pia. ultramarine on cover is one of the great rarities of Angora issues, ex Plantinga, Few covers franked by first Ankara overprints, scarce cancellations and destinations, bisects, parcel cards with high frankings.
